Returns and Refunds
14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (CY Law 133(I)/2013) you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving reason, with these exceptions for our category mix:
- Sealed wine, spirits, tea, coffee and tobacco are exempt once the seal is broken (perishable / hygiene).
- Bespoke / personalised items are non-returnable.
How to return
Contact us at info@cavarobustos.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will arrange collection or instruct you on returning the goods.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, by the original payment method (COD orders refunded by bank transfer to your IBAN).
Damaged / wrong items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we will replace or refund in full including any return shipping.
